How do I get protected on a2lance platform if I post a job?

• As an employer, if you post a job or project on our platform and fund the project you are automatically protected
• You have control on when to release the fund after the completion of the job
• However, we expect that both parties(employer and freelancer) would handle the project professionally and able to work together using the platform
• Give full descriptions and details of your projects and the expectations
• We recommend that you set milestones(deliverable items) for your project
• Communicate to the freelancer on the expectations
• It is the responsibility of the employer to release the fund for the freelancer once the project is completed
• You can archive the job once the project already has bidders, however, we do not recommend this
