How do I get protected on a2lance platform as a freelancer?

• As a freelancer, if you win a project and complete the project to the employer’s satisfaction on our platform  you are automatically protected
• You are protected if your job is completed and meet the employer satisfaction and you should get paid
• Make sure you communicate the progress or the status of the project to the employer
• However, if there is a dispute between you and employer, you can request a2lance to look into the matter
• We encourage the employer and freelancer to settle their dispute and agree on terms on their own without involving the a2lance team
