• From the main menu, click on “MY PROJECT”
• Search or look for the project you would like to cancel
• Under “ACTION” click on “Cancel Bid”
• Accept Confirm to retract your bid
• After you have confirmed that your bid has been removed, it will no longer show up under your “current projects”
• You can resubmit another bid if you would like to bid again

• Add your portfolio, past and recent projects to your profile
• Note: You must update your profile  with detail information and upload your photo before you can start bidding for a job
• Read the job descriptions and requirements carefully
• Understand the milestones if specified in the job descriptions
• You must demonstrate that you have the skills and experiences to perform the job
• Have good communication skills
• Be accessible and check your email for any communication from the employer
• Reply on time, within less than 24hours

• As a freelancer, if you win a project and complete the project to the employer’s satisfaction on our platform  you are automatically protected
• You are protected if your job is completed and meet the employer satisfaction and you should get paid
• Make sure you communicate the progress or the status of the project to the employer
• However, if there is a dispute between you and employer, you can request a2lance to look into the matter
• We encourage the employer and freelancer to settle their dispute and agree on terms on their own without involving the a2lance team

The employer can post any job as long as the job is approved on the a2lance and the description is clear enough
